What the position entails

Do you want to work with AI, predictive models, and data-driven development in projects that truly make a difference? At Agio, you will combine technology, analysis, and innovation in assignments that span everything from crime fighting to smarter healthcare information.

We are now looking for experienced Data Scientists with AI expertise for our teams in Stockholm and Luleå – and you can choose which location you want to work from. As a Data Scientist at Agio, you will help our customers take the next step in their digital journey. You will work with:

• Advanced data analysis and AI/ML models
• Predictive models and statistical analyses
• Automation, smart data flows, and decision support

• Identifying new insights that create direct business value

You will play an important role in helping organizations leverage the opportunities of digitalization – from efficiency improvements to entirely new ways of working.

You will be part of our business area Data Analysis & BI – a team of BI and AI specialists who share a passion for creating value with data. We work with a Microsoft focus and are located in both Stockholm and Luleå. Here, you will have the opportunity to influence the future of data-driven decisions in Sweden.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for experienced Data Scientists who enjoy combining analysis, modeling, and business understanding with customer dialogue and practical problem-solving.

We believe you have experience in:

• At least 4 years of work as a Data Scientist, data analyst, or in AI/ML roles
• AI/ML models such as prediction, classification, and clustering
• Python or R – preferably with scikit-learn, pandas/polars, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or XGBoost
• Version control (Git) and container technology (Docker)
• API integrations and working with data from multiple sources
• Fluency in Swedish, both spoken and written

It is a plus if you also have:

• Knowledge of information security, GDPR, and ethical AI
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or other cloud services

• Familiarity with RAG solutions, agents, and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex
